Information relative to the following chart-
In the studies, eating plenty of high-ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) foods:
Raised the antioxidant power of human blood 10 to 25 percent. Prevented some loss of long-term memory and learning ability in middle-aged rats. Maintained the ability of brain cells in middle-aged rats to respond to a chemical stimulus--a function that normally decreases with age. Protected rats' tiny blood vessels--capillaries--against oxygen damage to the capillaries in and around their lungs. Spinach was also the most potent in protecting different types of nerve cells in two separate parts of the brain against the effects of aging. Why spinach is more effective than strawberries--which score higher in the ORAC assay--is still a mystery. The researchers conjecture that it may be due to specific compounds or a specific combination of them in the greens. The thesis that oxidative damage culminates in many of the maladies of aging is well accepted in the health community. It may be that combinations of nutrients found in foods have greater protective effects than each nutrient taken alone. All antioxidant capacity measures are estimated by Ferric Reducing Power, and are expressed as micromole (µ) Trolox Equivalent (TE) per 100 grams (µTE/100 g).The ORAC test is accurate to +/-5%. Any foods Antioxidant Capacity is per 100 grams. NOTE: 100 grams approximates 1/2 cup. While it is possibly true that numbers do not lie, they can be misleading. Therefore, a word of qualification about the ORAC scores listed here needs to be made. When you look at a number like 1,078,700 µTE, you must remember that we're talking about that level of Ferric Reducing Power in 100 grams, NOT per serving. I don't have any idea how many grams 3-6 drops of clove oil might be, but it would be a lot less than 100 grams; so there is no way you would get 1,078,700 µTE in a normal serving. On the other hand, a serving of blueberries might be around 128 grams, giving you an ORAC score of roughly 3,072 µTE. But, the point remains: Essential oils are still one of the richest sources of antioxidants on the earth. It's generally accepted that 1,000 units per day is needed to maintain good health, while 5,000 units (or more) will greatly aid in restoring health, and recovery from illnesses.

The 20 Foods to Slow Aging For a Longer Life
1-Apples: They are high in polyphenols. Snack on these as they will make you feel fuller for longer.
2-Blackberries: An underestimated berry, but a very powerful one indeed. Contains high levels of anthocyanins (that is what gives fruits and veggies their dark red/purple colors).
3-Blueberries: Another powerful berry that is also high in anthocyanins.
4-Strawberries: Not just for the Wimbledon fortnight! They contain anthocyanins and ellagic acid.
5-Red Grapes: Yet more anthocyanins and phenolic acids. Check out The French Paradox to understand how good red grapes are for you.
6-Cranberries: These contain Procyanadin (a tannin, a class of compound found in plants) which is believed to prevent infection, especially urinary tract infections.
7-Raspberries: Yet even more anthocyanins!
8-Peaches: These contain epicatechin, a strong antioxidant believed to mimic the effect of insulin and phenolic acids.
9-Oranges-(not able to grow): Containing hesperedin, a bioflavonoid that works well with vitamin C to help promote collagen health and also aids a healthy heart.
10-Cherries: Very powerful indeed. They contain the antioxidant anthocyanins.
11-Plums: They have a similar role to peaches.
12-Tomatoes: They contain high levels of quercetin, which is a great free radical fighter. Also known to help the prostate.
Well, that is all the fruit taken care of. You will notice over half of the foods to slow aging are fruits, and yes, tomato is classed as either a fruit or vegetable!
Now for the anti aging vegetables...
13-Broccoli: This is a true super-food containing a range of health-giving polyphenols. Whatever you do, don't skip this one!
14-Spinach: I eat tons of spinach. Also containing polyphenols, this is another true super food. I can't speak highly enough of the health benefits of spinach.
15-Red Onions: Similar to tomatoes, they contain high levels of cancer fighting quercetin.
16-Cereal Bran: High in phenolic acids and fiber. Bowel health is vital in helping to prevent disease. As much as 80% of diseases are due to a 'bad' colon, so fiber is an essential food to help keep you regular!
17-Dark Chocolate: I said 'dark'. Cocoa contains epicatechin, also found in peaches.
18-Black Tea: Containing Theaflavins which have been shown to help with cholesterol health.
19-Green Tea: I drink at least three cups a day of antioxidant rich green tea. It contains polyphenols and theaflavins.
20-Coffee: There has been a lot of debate on the antioxidant properties of coffee. It contains Phenolic acids, which is also found in peaches.
So, there you are..twenty foods to slow aging. This anti aging food list was compiled by a professor of 'functional foods' at Leeds University, UK called Gary Williamson. He actually calls the list of foods collectively, 'lifespan-essential'. In other words, these anti aging foods can help you reach your potential lifespan.

Saffron herb - Know to kill certain cancers, may be beneficial to curb/kill cancers.
Essiac/Esiak: Tea that is not using this formula and these exact herbs is, unfortunately, deceiving the public. The formula below is a word-for-word transcription of Mary McPherson's affidavit:
6 ˝ cups of burdock root (cut)
1 pound of sheep sorrel herb, powdered
1/4 pound of slippery elm bark, powdered
1 ounce of Turkish rhubarb root, powdered
Mix these ingredients thoroughly and store in glass jar in dark dry cupboard. Take a measuring cup, use 1 ounce of herb mixture to 32 ounces of water depending on the amount you want to make. I use 1 cup of mixture to 8 x 32 = 256 ounces of water. Boil hard for 10 minutes (covered) then turn off heat but leave sitting on warm plate over night (covered). In the morning heat steaming hot and let settle a few minutes, then strain through fine strainer into hot sterilized bottles and sit to cool. Store in dark cool cupboard. Must be refrigerated when opened. When near the last, when it's thick pour in a large jar and let sit in frig overnight then pour off all you can without any sediment. This recipe must be followed exactly as written. I use a granite preserving kettle (10 – 12 qt.), 8 ounce measuring cup, small funnel and fine strainer to fill bottles.

Burdock Root: (arctium lappa) Has been studied by Hungarian and Japanese scientists for its antitumour activity. Burdock is one of the finest blood purifiers in the herbal system. It is classified as an alterative, diuretic and diaphoretic. It helps the kidneys to filter out impurities from the blood very quickly. It clears congestion in respiratory, lymphatic, urinary and circulatory systems.
Sheep Sorrel: (rumex acetosella) Sheep Sorrel is high in vitamins A, B complex, C, D, K and E and the minerals include significant levels of calcium, iron, silicon, magnesium, sulphur, zinc, manganese, iodine and copper. Sheep Sorrel also contains beta carotene and chlorophyll; citric, malic, oxalic, tannic and tartaric acids and it is rich in potassium oxalate. Sorrel plants have been a folk remedy for cancer for centuries both in Europe and Asia, more recently in North America. Alleged to break down tumors and alleviate some chronic conditions and degenerative diseases, it is an astringent and diuretic. Has been used medicinally in Europe for centuries.
Slippery Elm Bark: (ulmus fulva) Extensively used by Native Americans for a wide assortment of ailments. Slippery elm bark contains, as its primary ingredient, a mucilage, as well as quantities of gallic acid, phenols, starches, sugars, vitamins A, B complex, C, K and P. It contains large amounts of calcium, magnesium, and sodium, as well as lesser amounts of chromium and selenium, and trace amounts of iron, phosphorous, silicon and zinc. According to some herbalists, an antibiotic and anti-microbial effect has also been reported along with an ability to remove toxins from the body; therefore, it promotes faster healing of cuts, burns, ulcers and wounds. It is alleged to revitalize the entire body.
Turkey Rhubarb Root: (rheum palmatum-known as Turkey or Indian Rhubarb) Has been used for its antitumor activity. It also is known to exert a cleansing action on the gut, removing debris. Turkey (Indian) Rhubarb root contains vitamin A, many of the B complex, C, and P; calcium, chlorine, copper, iodine, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorous, potassium, silicon, sodium, sulfur, and zinc. The rhubarb root exerts a gentle laxative action by stimulating the secretion of bile into the intestines. It also stimulates the gall duct to expel toxic waste matter, thus purging the body of waste bile and food. As a result, it is alleged that the liver is cleansed and chronic liver problems my be relieved.
In FULL DISCLOSURE, Dr Gary Glum gave some very good clues as to the nature of the AIDS antidote (p.196), which he claims is not only the cure for AIDS, but the cure for chemtrails and other biological weapons of mass destruction as well. However, he fell short of giving the precise formula away, stating: That is as much as I can say and hope to stay alive. During one of our conversations he added that the antidote could be purchased in health food stores. He has also stated that the antidote is a natural herbal formula. According to Dr. Glum, this antidote is effective against virtually all viruses, harmful bacteria, fungi and parasites and is an effective defense against the harmful effects of chemtrails. This is the antidote that cured five of the 179 AIDS patients and is perhaps the same antidote that the global elite (i.e., Olympians) use to protect themselves from AIDS, chemtrails and other biological weapons.
